What we collect

- Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and campaign parameters such as utm_source or gclid.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Used for analytics and advertising measurement.

- To contact you by email, phone or text about that request, where you have consented

Communications consent
When you tick the consent box on our contact form, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone call or text message about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or emailing us directly. We retain a record of the consent shown to you, including the IP address, timestamp and page URL.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, hosting, email delivery, CRM and analytics providers, under agreements that limit their use of it, and with authorities where the law requires it.
Advertising and analytics
We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta advertising tools, which set cookies and may collect usage data. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the browser add-on and manage ad personalisation in your Google and Meta account settings.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for up to 36 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus any period required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, to opt out of sale or sharing, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. Email hello@clyradigital.com and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The revision date at the top of the page will change when we do.
